Xiaomi always offline

I'm using a Xiaomi Mi4 running Android version 6, I can't get the client online after trying to use all the demo servers. When using an OS monitor app it shows that the Traccar manager connects but the Traccar client doesn't, I set the port for the client to 5055 to no avail,...

Please help,...

I think you misunderstood me. I was asking about status screen in the Traccar Client app.

You can have both apps running on the same phone without problems.

It shows the client name in the first column and "offline" in the second column,...

I'm not asking about web app. I'm asking about STATUS SCREEN in TRACCAR CLIENT app.

The Status screen shows the time and the wording, service started,...

If you don't see location update there, it means that your device doesn't have location. Possibly disabled location services or no GPS signal.
