It's a heartbeat message. I guess your device doesn't send any GPS data, that's why you don't see it in Traccar.

I've same problem.
My device os chinese clone of wondeproud (wondex).
The configuration syntax is the same.
I've configured Linux server (Ubuntu 22.04) on Oracle Cloud, ports (TCP 5000-5200, 8082) and I've installed last version of arm traccar.
I follow installation steps showed in traccar documentation.
I've tried change ports TCP (5001, 5002, 5006...).
The best result I've got is "connected" device on traccar web.
I don't know what should I do to get GPS data and view on manager.
May you help?

Follow the troubleshooting guide, but it sounds like your device is not reporting any data to the server.

I've followed troubleshooting guide but no success.
Veryfing all device configuration I see one mistake: I didn't enable "send GPS coordinate regardless..." in $WP+TRACK command.
My device works now.
