Whats this error caused by?

I have android and IO devices

It just means that network connection was closed. There is no way to know who or what tried to connect to your server.

I know what it is(I think), it's the apple phone that only send a couple of reports as described in my post under devices. Now I need to find out why it' doing this behavior.
