What typically causes devices to only send heartbeat and not location?

Hello Traccar community,

I have 3 FMC125 devices from Teltonika (https://teltonika-gps.com/product/fmc125/) that were working fine until about a week ago. All of them now just send heartbeat signals with no location/telemetry data. Would anyone know how to fix this?
