What protocol is this?

I followed troubleshooting guide and I couldn't fit this hex 5452564150303033353236323131303934383032323523, which translates to TRVAP00352621109480225#, into any protocol from the guide. Yes, thank you, it works.
What about the protocol I posted in the OP? Chinese technician keeps asking me about a port but won't give me configuration commands, so I can't check hexes in traccar log file. Are you able to recognize the protocol just by looking at documentation?
