What port is this device?

Hi,
I got a device, it has some postings like following, what port should I use? 

HQ,9171111111,V2,061250,A,...
HQ,9171111111,V5,061311,A,...
HQ,9171111111,V2,061250,A,...
HQ,9171111111,V2,061322,A,...

don't know why it has V2 and yet V5?

Most likely it's H02 protocol.
