web socket connection error

I published traccar on my own server. I get a "web socket connection error". why could it be?

Either no updates for a minute or you have some network issue.

Is it a fault from my server?

How do I access the traccar configuration settings? I need to fix the websocket error. I need to remove the web.timeout parameter.
