Was working okay, then stop using for few months because mobile network expired, no longer working (TK103)

Hi,

I managed to get my TK103 works for few months, until its mobile network expired and i stopped using for few months. I recently renewed the data plan, and cant get it to work anymore.

Checking logs tell me the devices is connected to the server, but not gps location sent to the server (only HEX). I used port 5002, which worked fine before.
Any idea why?

Looks like it doesn't report any GPS data.

that is the thing that confuses me. it works just fine before. i even tried using fix060s***..... command, just in case.
Since it worked fine before, i ruled out the point #5 in troubleshooting guide (wrong port). so i guess now it is just possible that the device is faulty.

i tried using traccar client with my phone, and it works just fine too.

btw i waited until the device is showing solid blue color (meant gps is fixed), just to make sure it has sufficient gps signal

Try to send sms to device, see if you receive sms from device showing a live google map link. If not, unit maybe faulty.

what command you give to the tracker
like public ip and ports number???

i see that you re having almost similar problem. so i assume you re looking for information to solve your problem.
Cant help you there mate, i havent solved mine. I gave up and stopped using it for now.
