Hi there,

I’m managing a small fleet of vans, we have 80% covered with FM1100

They we’re purchased in batches, 2-3 devices over the years.

Different revisions, firmware versions.

At the beginning of 2025 5 of them stopped working, sending lat 0 long 0

Warning! GPS Data not available. Clock not Synchronized.

GPS:3 SAT:0

getweektime:
is off by 2-3 days

get/set param 1008 for NTP on some FM1100 manuals:
Warning! Not supported Param ID detected:

So out of the blue, these 5 devices failed during the same time range

How the fm1100 gets the time?
NTP? how to set it?
Network operator fault? NTP protocol blocked? NTP address not reachable? It gets the carrier time?
Param not supported on my firmware version? Or param has a different KEY? Can i update over the air? Cars are in roaming at the moment and i don’t have access to them?

Where i can download a suitable firmware? I will keep the current settings?

Tried cpureset, disconnect the car battery by driver for 5-10 mins, no luck.

Please, i need some guidance, to troubleshoot/fix the issue.

I'm not sure you can update FM11 devices through Fota Web, only Fota Lite

Hm, i see, i'm talking with teltonika support, i hope that's not in vain. It's way more complicated because the devices are EOL and i didn't bought them from teltonika directly. And to get access to fota i have to trackdown where i bought the devices from and try with the resellers(because i bought them from diff supliers over the years)... i gave them the IMEIs and i hope i will get to the bottom of it, because teltonika cannot give me access directly, only the reseller can create subaccounts or to help me directly, it i can reach them
