I ran into the same problem after purchasing a S20 (Wanway GPS tracker). This tracker has a firmware (FW) which doesn't allow to change the server to your liking. At the moment, the current solution seems to be to flash the FW, downgrading it to the previous one which instead allowed the set-up of the server and apn. This is the link to the page where the "unlock procedure" is explained with the needed software to carry out this operation. It's understood that this operation is at your own risk because if something goes wrong during "the flashing" the risk is making your tracker unusable! Hope it helps. Rgds
