"Hello, can anyone help me?" I have Traccar 5.3 installed. I have already set up the SOS alarm and I also have a VT200L GPS device configured to send SOS alerts. However, Traccar does not display the SOS alarm. On the other hand, I have a TK103 GPS device and SOS alerts are received from that device. When I check the logs, I see that the VT200L sends the SOS message, but Traccar does not process or recognize it. What I can do? Is something missing in the configuration?
