vjoycar V44 4G tracker & vjoycar T80 4G tracker

Tested both. T80 works, V44 does not work.
V44 was appearing as offline within traccar, after sending many commands trying to factory reset it it looks like I bricked the thing.
does anyone know if these devices are supported? cant see them in traccar supported devices list.
