Video cannot receive

we alread sent command to get video from dualcam teltonika

and respon from device like that Video request from source 1 for 5 seconds since 2023-09-29 19:34:36. Another footage upload is already in progress

but we not receive video yet already 1 day ago waiting receive vide ..

please tell me about it ..
