Update to 3.13 broke deviceOnline, deviceOffline,... events

Since upgrading to 3.13 I do not get any device online / offline events anymore. I do not see them in the events report. Furthermore I am using event forwarding to our server and do not receive anything there.

I noticed that here as well. Not getting alerts when devices go offline

Added <entry key='event.statusHandler'>true</entry> and it is working again
