update the traccar 3.x version to 4.5, I need restore the old information

I update the linux from linux centos 6.1 to centos 7, so the server was rebuilt.

I have updated the traccar version, I did a backup of last traccar directory, but I want to know if the files database.mv.db and database.trace.db store the traccar database. I replaced both files but the plataform don't start, I need to do other configuration for to recovery the last users, devices, points, etc.? thanks
