Unsupported commands

Hi, I am very interested in using this software for a OBD Tracking Device I just purchased.
Are there some general commands I could send to the device to retrieve or change the IP & Port?
I purchased the Tracker from here https://www.jelocalise.fr/en/protect-my-vehicles/10-obd-gps-pour-vehicule.html

When I contacted them about using other GPS Software, they gave me this reply "Our products are designed to work only with our platform"

I disagree, I believe that if I could config to a different IP & Port, I could use this with a different GPS Software. Maybe I'm wrong.

Anyways, I was able to retrieve the sims phone number and was able to send and receive text. but no voice.

So, is their anything I could do to get this working with your software?

TRY to use a sms command to change IP:

  1. Old Firmware:
    cwits,setipIP:PORT
  2. New Firmware:
    g1,setip,IP:PORT
    (Eg: g1,setip,139.159.44.26:7000
    You can also set domain name instead of IP)

TRY to use sms command to change APN:

  1. Old Firmware:
    cwits,setapnAPN
  2. New Firmware:
    g1,apn,APN

TRY to use a sms command to check parameters:

  1. Old Firmware:
    cwits,get
  2. New Firmware:
    g1,info

Hi,

I found it on my log file. device is not shown in UI. any suggestion?
device: HS-3000G, server: traccar backend service run on my PC.
