Can I just remove the seal around the gps case and open it apart to do this procedure? There is no port outside of the casing.

I recently bought TTU2830LA from an auction. It says it’s compatible with GSM, HSPA cellular network but it’s sealed to waterproof it. GPS ESN is assigned to TORO and I can not figure out how to connect it using my own SIM and make it work with Traccar. I couldn’t find any useful information online, most guides are about how to install it in the car but nothing about connectivity. I called CalAmp and they forwarded me to TORO equipment and the lady on the phone has no idea what I was talking about. I’ve installed Traccar server and it’s working with my phone. Any help will be appreciated thanks
