tracker device problem on traccar.litvak.su

we are testing the 3.2 version with the http://traccar.litvak.su/ webinterface
but we have the following problem,
from server log we can see that our tracker(propably TK102B) is trying to upload the HEX but something is missing! (log:2016-02-07 07:19:06 DEBUG: [189E8EF1: 5001 < 109.178.224.1] HEX: 3836333037303031333932323033333b 2016-02-07 07:19:06 DEBUG: [189E8EF1: 5001 > 109.178.224.1] HEX: 4f4e)
Please note that with the official 3.3 traccar server the same tracker was working fine.

any idea please ?

There should be no difference between official version and the mod in terms of device communication. Looks like your device doesn't send any data for some reason and the fact that it worked with 3.3 is just a coincidence.

Hi. Implement traccar 3.9 Litvak modified and it works pretty well for me.
The only problem is that the events of entry and exit of geofence, are not displayed via web, ie when entering or leaving a mobile of a geofence does not appear the message text warning.
It only comes out when generating a report of entry and exit of geofence.
Events are global and can be configured but they are not displayed.
It is very important to visualize them for the control of geofence.

Thanks for the indication.
But someone could tell me why the application does not send messages from geo fences, since I only have it via Push.
Also, none of the commands work for the TK-103A
Example: Engine stopped .....
