Track Samsung Galaxy devices

Hi I am new here, I am from Chile and our company is trying to use your platform as tracking system for mobile and vehicles on the move, I am now ready to test, but I downloaded and installed Client on an Samsung Galaxy S3 and entered the Demo server , added the identifier and nothing is happening, I cannot see my phone????

What to do?

To track your mobile on the demo website you need:

  1. Register on the demo web page
  2. Add you device with unique id (usually IMEI)
  3. Open Traccar Client app and click "start service"
  4. You should see your mobile device in the web interface

If you have done all that and it doesn't show up, check status screen in the app. If you see location updates there, then you need to tell me your account name or device id so I can check what's happening on the server side.
