Traccar Client

Hello, I have installed the latest version 3.15 on my server, some users are using traccar client, is there any reason why the connection to each moment on the client side is lost? When the phone goes to sleep, it is disconnected, some configuration that I am going through high?

Thank you for your attention, I have installed traccar in clients with iphone phones, when they lose the connection with wifi it disconnects

Are you saying that switch automatically turns off by itself? It's not possible.

Perhaps data is not enabled or cannot reach the server on normal phone service (non wifi) - check service status for information in client.
