I am most likely configuring this wrong.
I purchased a tracking account, and I am putting the server URL https://server.traccar.org/ in both the Traccar Manager and Traccar Client app (not sure if this is what I am supposed to do or not, am I supposed to put the IP address anywhere?). Then I put my device's IMEI on both, yet the manager would say I am offline. I then tried my serial number, same thing.
I am a noob with this server stuff, so there is probably something I am doing wrong, but any help would be appreciated.
Yes. There are no errors and it does say location update, I've also given location access in backgroumd and disable battery optimization.
Is there some sort of configuration that I did not do right?
If there are no errors, it means it was reported to some server. Are you sure the URL is correct everywhere? Are you sure the id is correct.
Ah I caught it. The URL on the clienr was http not https. Thank you
