Traccar 5.4 not work

I currently use version 5.2 because 5.3 and 5.4 don't work. I don't understand what problems there are, if anyone can help me thank them in advance. I post the log of the fresh installed 5.4 without importing any database. The 404 error page does not open.

What's the log after you did that?

It takes minimal reading of the traccar documentation to be able to use it.

The system was restarted in error.

Edit the DATABASECHANGELOGLOCK table by setting the locked field to false.
