the problem that is depend to the model
for example io80
model FMA120 => Data Mode 1 : 0 – home on stop, 1 – home on move, 2 – roaming, on stop, 3 – roaming on move, 4 – unknown on stop, 5 – unknown on move
model FM6320 => Wheel based speed : 0-65536 (km/h)*
I think it's preferable to do not translate io for TELTONIKA protocol.
What is your opinion ?

You can check protocol decoder to find out. I think it's fine to decode as long as it's the same for all devices.

@DeZ if you have io table for FM6320 please provide it, also HEX from device would be nice.
