Topin (?) device not connecting to my server - no logs

It's probably not related to the traccar itself, but I've just got some pet tracker, that I believe is Topin or similar protocol. But protocol aside, I've checked I have my porst correctly open and setup on the traccar server, in here it says open https://www.traccar.org/port-check/ - I can see in logs that it is pinging it correctly
I've also already have my car tracker setup and working correctly with traccar server.

But for some reason this tracker does not even show in logs with anything, I can see it disconnects from gps365 server when I am changing the domain on the tracker, and I can see tracker blinks as it can't connect to the server, but yet no logs on the server.

How would you approach debugging such a thing ?

Note:
I've got a new sim for this tracker, and was thinking maybe "adult" content filter is blocking it, so I've disabled that, but no joy.

If you don't see any connection attempts in the logs, it means that your device doesn't connect to the server. Are you sure it supports a domain name? Many devices only support IP addresses.

thought that and used my IP instead of domain too, but no joy.
Yes you are correct that it does not connect at all to my server, but it's weird why it does not even attempt to connect

ok I think you are right - domain didn't work, I've tried IP again but also when sending command for changing domain, I've removed ending # after port. And I've got a log on my server.
Thanks :)
