Have you tried all of the common ports? Specifically port 5001.

Well, Anton wrote he cant give free support for demo server.
And what makes you think that demo server would have something in the log from your device while you do not have any data from your device in your own traccar server log ?
That's still worth a try to figure out if it's the issue on the server or not.
Yes, he tried demo server and the device was still offline, since apperently he used the wrong port.
But still on his own server he should have had device data in the first place, even when it was the wrong port (and there was no device data in the log as he stated earlier).
Best practise is to go by the troubleshooting guide posted earlier and read there about the clones and the ports to test on.
