If you get "busy" tone, it means that your tracker is probably dialing some number automatically.

I think your device is dialing some number. If it's the case, then you need to configure that number on the device.
is the a command I can send to get the number ?
There must be, but I you should check device manual for it. I don't know commands.

I have a problem with the TK103B Tracker.
Then I change to "Monitor" mode, and cal the device I get a busy tone, and not the talk/sound in the car via microphone. ?
Workflow :
1 send command : "begin123456" - return "begin ok"
2 send command : "admin123456 - my phonenumber" - return "admin OK"
3, send command "monitor123456" - return "Monitor ok"
4 call the tracker -
5 - Get a busy tone from the tracker.
Please help me, and write back how to connect the tracker microphone!
