TK103B - Not showing GPRS ON or Off

Hi

I'm sure its configured correctly, but if I do check it doesn't show if GPRS is On or Off..... SMS works fine GPRP123456, fix etc all done. Have also sent reset and begin and reconfigured

Help would be appreciated
