i have tryed the port 5023 and i get closer now but its not working good.
i get the message that there is a unknown device. thats good and i added the device in het admin pannel (traccar) but i dont get any locations.

You need to restart the service or make device reconnect. The problem is that device sends IMEI only once after it establishes connection, so because server couldn't find it in the database at that point all subsequent messages are ignored until next connection and login message from the device.

did you manage to get your device working? I have same device and similar hex strings, unfortunately it doesn't work with any known protocol
hex to ascii conversion returns something unrecognizable strings. I bet there's some binary comnpression or so but can't figure out what and how to decompres it.
EDIT: Sorry this was solved, shortly: before first attempt add device & use port 5023
Use protocol GT06 and RESTART!
I have tk102 but donot know how to set it.. I set my port 10 5016 but it's not found (listed) on traccar program, what wrong? What is my id ???

this device can send directly the speed, location to traccar server or it send sms o prestored mobile number ?
if it send data means, how much data bandwidth it consume ..??as we dont have unlimited internet plans for simcards.
Most devices send data directly to Traccar server without any SMS messages. It doesn't consume much bandwidth if signal quality is good. If reception is bad, there might be minimum charges for each re-connect.
