Timezone problem with TK103 & GT06 protocol
Okay I've changed the time zone of my server to utc +1 instead of utc + 2 and now new records have a different time. So It's not stored as UTC but as server timezone.

I think there is some problem with the way you use your tools. I don't see how it's related to Traccar. As far as I can see, everything is decoded and stored correctly.
