Timezone Change GT06 Protocol any? in v 3.2

Are there any changes in 3.2 with how time/timezone is handled on gt06 protocol?
Please advice, some of my devices are showing wrong timings now, suddenly. not the actual timings. earlier it was wroking fine with 3.1.
I have gt300 and gt06 working on same port 5023. however gt300 after version upgrade shows timing wrong. (deviceTime)
