time zones

Greetings, and good morning, a case that occurs to me is that sometimes when adjusting the time zone of a client, their city does not appear, and since the GMT is not seen in the list, it is sometimes difficult to locate a city or zone that matches. My question is, is there a page or list that shows the time zones (as shown by Traccar) or where they have been taken from, for when this case happens to me, I can locate myself more easily, or is there a way to see the zones of the areas named in Traccar? , thank you so much
