Sorry my bad...
You can access now
Well, I'm still not able to open it.
I'm an idiot.
Please try again sir.
In the state panel you see location time. Most likely your device doesn't report location in stationary mode, so you see last known location and time. You can't change this behaviour on the server side.
"In the state panel you see location time."
So the "Time" is supposed to be "location time" not "real time" or "GPS time"?
Location time is the GPS time.
I thought it's the time when the device arrived that specific location.
But when I fetch the status of GPS via SMS, it reports back the current time.
And I checked the time in tc_devices, the last_update column store the most recent time.
Is there a way to confirm the GPS is not sending the most recent time?
Is there a way to use the time from last_update column as the time in state panel?
Last update is the server time when last message was received. That's a completely different thing. Please don't mix everything together. There is no way to show server time in state panel.
Thank you very much for the explanation sir.

I have configured GPS to send correct time.
But when the device is not moving it seems to send latest known location with latest known time.
Is it normal?
If so, what should I do to get updated time every time the device sends data?
Thanks :-)
BTW, I use 4.2.
