The subject line in email notifications is garbled.
I don't think we set this anywhere. Are you sure it's not your email provider issue?

I will investigate further.
I investigated and found that I had the wrong version of JAVA in my build.
I did not realise I had gone from 6.3 to Java 17.
I re-built and it worked fine.
The subject line in email notifications is garbled.
There was no issue with this in Version 6.1.
When I checked the character encoding of the notified email, it showed "Subject: =?ANSI_X3.4-1968?..." whereas it used to be "Subject: =?UTF-8?".
Is it possible to change this in the settings?
