Hi Anton, I have a Teltonika RUTX11 Router and can't get this working with my traccar server.
Here's my traccar log showing these entries for that device:

I'm not sure what the identifier for the Router-Device should be, I tried it's hostname and IP-addresses.
One thing in this setup is special: the RUTX11 has an OpenVPN tunnel to the Network with my traccar server, therefore it is using the server's local IP-address and shows up in traccar log with the virtual IP address from the OpenVPN-Tunnel (10.8.0.3)
Any hints?
I found the solution by myself, here it is for others using the Teltonika Routers:
On the RUTX11 menu go to Services > GPS > AVL > enter the traccar server's IP or hostname and change port to 5027 (default there was 8500)
On the traccar server set the identifier to the IMEI # of the Teltonika-Router (I have only one SIM-card installed, so I cannot tell what IMEI it will use when there's a second SIM installed)
