For APN info you need to ask your your phone company (where you got SIM card).
IP address is your server's public IP address. Ask your internet provider if you don't know it. Are you sure you have public IP address?
Port is 5027.
Thanks, i dont have Public IP.
It's impossible to use any tracking device without public IP address. I can suggest to get a VPS server to host Traccar.
