Telegram notifications

Hello,

Do you plan to send telegram notifications to users individually (now all notifications are in one thread)? (I hoped it would be in this version of traccar but the changelog - 4.6 - says nothing about it).

Thanks for the information. However, I hoped it would be easier.
The good news is that the work on Telegram notifications is ongoing :)
