Switch on events

Hi,

I have noted an issue whereby when a vehicle is turned on I get a ignitionOn event, however without the vehicle being turned off during the trip I start getting a series of ignitionOn and ignitionOff events. What could the problem here?

It probably means your device is reporting it.

Understood. So this is hardware related issue (either wiring of the GPS device or the GPS device itself)?

That would be my guess.

With the huabao protocol, this is solved in some devices created in china.
