This was due to 2 minutes difference in System Time from where i was accessing.
Last Update is checked is compared to your desktop time instead of actual timezone / server time.
In the web version when I m checking last update time it is always showing 1 minute / 2 minute ago.
Earlier it used to be 0 minute ago.
