Thanks, I read all of this guide. I think GPS tracker not send any information to server. Because I cannot see any log from my tracker. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem. I checked my SIM card and I have more than 300 MB internet on card.
Again, you should read the troubleshooting guide. It will tell you exactly where to look for the problem.
If you don't see HEX message in the log, it means that server doesn't receive any data from your device. Possible reasons:
Server is not visible from the Internet. Use port check tool to verify. Proceed to point 6 if port is closed. (46.101.24.212:5013) (Demo 4 all is correct)
Device is configured incorrectly or there is some problem with the device. Contact device vendor for more information. (Work only one day and after that day not work anymore)
You are using wrong port. Proceed to point 5. (h02 -> 5013 port is correct)

Is the issue with demo server or your server? You won't be able to troubleshoot it on the demo server because you don't have access to the logs.

Few days ago I bought SinoTrack ST-915 and test on demo server. First time on demo server 4 device was offline. Next day I opened demo server 4 and my device was online this is so cool and nice after, that day my device was offline :(.
This is my RCONF
Next day I tried Install traccar server on my VPS but the result was same as demo server 4. Device was offline.
APN is correctly I checked few times. On My VPS I did not see any log based on h02 protocol.
