Generally, if the GPS tracker is offline, it may be due to low SIM card balance, incorrect APN, weak/no signal (e.g., vehicle parked in an underground parking lot), the device being in sleep mode, or other factors. You can also contact your reseller for support.

I have a CJ780 V25 tracker, the device is responding to all the commands except the IP address command (admip123456 domainname 5013).
Is there anyone on this forum who can help
First day I installed sinotrack app and my gps tracker working well and I was able to see my live location but now my app is showing off line and don't show current live location how to fix this as my SMS service working good and I can see my location to call on Tracker. Or sms 669
