Simultaneous Email notifications question

Hello,

How many emails can the server send out at the same time?

Is there a way to test it?

I could "potentially" have a trigger for 500 emails all at the same time.. how long would it take for email 500 to be sent out?

I guess the only way to see is to try it. Each email is sent in a separate thread, so it might take some time if you need to send 500.

How many threads will/can it use simultaniously?

I don't think there is a limit, but depending on the resources it can probably handle 10k threads or more.
