Please tell us which simcard you are using in US

In Spain FreedomPop has recently arrived, and with GPRS reports every 5 seconds the month/year TOTAL cost is €0.

It's an American multinational, so you can look for it in the USA.

Offer SIM expedition 1€ here:

@Arturo I am envious. I live in Holland, the very cheapest plan that I can find is 250mb for €6.50 p/m which is more than I can really justify for my needs. I believe that a typical GSM tracker will consume about 10-15mb per month?

I see that Holland is one of the countries included with Freedompop, perhaps a solution is to somehow buy a SIM in Spain or the UK, but use it in Holland.

You can find information here:

https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/how-to-calculate-roaming-cost/

FreedomPop is free 200mb p/m

Note:
The FreedomPop SIM does not support SMS commands outside App. But it is valid in our tracker operating in GPRS mode.
You only need a SIM from another operator to configure your tracker. Then you put the FreedomPop and you're done. ;-DD

Hi, I am using a pre-payed SIM ATM from bliep.nl The lowest cost is €0.25 for 10mb per/day. Ironically their roaming bundle is cheaper at €2 for 30days (100mb) which would be fine for GPS tracking. But I have to leave Holland to use it!

We will likely be going to Spain in Jan/Feb so maybe I will try to obtain a Freedompop SIM whilst there...

Although FreedomPop is based in California, my card ordered from Spain, sent from London by RoyalMail and arrives really fast, requested on Monday received on Friday. It has the format tripleSIM

Consult with them. Maybe you can put your postal address to Holland ...

I use Eminfy Global SIMs, www.enmify.com. These SIMs work in almost every country around the world.
The service is cloud based, allows you to create a free account, order SIMs, create service profile for your device, select data plan for over 150+ countries and pay as little as .25 per MB and a $1 EUR per SIM monthly fee. The data plan is pay as you go and you can view current data use/rate on the dashboard.

Thank you for this. It just might be the best solution for me. A minor typo. Their website is actually www.emnify.com

@Arturo I have had no success contacting FreedomPop UK, It seems that I need an account to do this. I did speak to someone, he said you are in Holland - cannot help you. I was wondering if perhaps I could buy a few SIMS via yourself? if I pay up front + bonus! I will not be offended with a no.

@arturo Please ignore my previous question to you. I have found a UK supply of Freedompop international data SIM's on Amazon. I will give FreedomPop a shot and report success (or not) here. Thanks!

I use cheap Walmart $19.98 USD pre-paid SIM cards (Family Plan/T-Mobile). The idea is to verify that the device works within Traccar before commiting to a more expensive option.

I'm currently using the H20wireless sim card. you can get them on amazon for a $0.01. You then sign up for the pay as you go plan for 10 dollars. The 10 dollars is good for 3 months and has 10mb of data, and has been more than enough for me with devices uploading ever 30 seconds.

I did just order a sim card from http://hologram.io/ they are 40cents per month base price, and then 60cents per mb. They are an mvno for t-mobile and att.
