I don't see it on your screenshot.
Take the first row for example:
servertime: 2024-07-08 06:11:48
devicetime: 2024-07-08 06:12:18
So in this case server time is 33 seconds ahead than device time.
No, it's 30 second behind, not ahead.
What I mean is, device always records its position and then send to server for saving into database.
So device time must be older than server time.
You're assuming both have perfect clock. Most likely one of them is slightly off.

I use FMB920 and already use UTC time. What possible reasons causing server time ahead than device time as screen shot in the database below.
Normally device time should ahead than server time. Thanks in advance for your kind help.
