Server Performance : 1000 vehicles and more

I'am new user of this product.

I have succesfully installed the Traccar Server 3.7.

See below the configuration of my server

Windows Server 2012R2 on VMWare ESX (4vCPU E5 2660 @2.20Ghz / 4GoRAM / C: 60Go / D: 20 Go)
MySQL Server 5.7 64 Bits
Java JRE 64bits
Traccar 3.7 Bits

I can connect to the portal, it work fine.
I create my first android device and i should be able to test it tomorrow if firewall rules is open.

I wish connect 1000 vehicles with teltonika system, you think that is possible ?

Have you make some benchmark ?

Your server configuration should be enough to have 1000 devices, but it also depends on the volume of messages. If those devices report every second, it would be completely different story.

Sounds reasonable to me. With that rate your hardware should be able to handle the load.

In more, i have KLN-200 with FM-5300 from Teltonika, you think that Traccar is able to parse CAN data ?

It depends on what format it uses to send that CAN data.
