The config seems fine to me. Server port is open. Have you checked server logs for any errors or warnings?
By the way, if address returns back to "demo.traccar.org", it means that the address that you enter is not a valid host name. Can I see a screenshot of what you are entering?
Perhaps may be a missconfiguration in the name of the server.
Server is a redirection of a dinamic IP.
Now, i'm trying another redirection name for the same server and all works fine.

I'm trying to install Traccar Client into an Lenovo Vibe K5 phone running Android 5.1
Each time i configure the client, the log file always wrote "Sent error" (excuse my bad english)
Each time i reconfigure the server address, always appairs "demo.traccar.org". Never saves the correct server address.
Tested on Tracar Client 3.11 y 3.12. Same problem.
Any ideas ?
