Separate position and event tables for each devices
Having single table is the correct way to do this. That's the reason. If you have performance problems, you need to configure database correctly.

I am using Traccar for past 2 months. It's a wonderful application.
And suddenly had a thought while seeing the table grown lengthy.
On separating the position and event tables for each devices, will it helps on reducing the database fetching time???
If done is there any drawbacks or problem???
If there is any reason behind the Single table method, Please let me know.
