Not sure about specific model, but in general RFID is supported for the Suntech protocol.
That's why I said you probably need more than that. It's hard to tell. Someone needs to study samples, documentation and available parameters to figure out what the right combination of the parameters should be. Or it might not even be supported yet. I don't have an answer off the top of my head for this.
