Send service status from traccar client

Hi,

Is there any way the traccar client could send events on service start/stop?

Just like a location update can contain a SOS, I would like a location update that contains something like 'Service started' and when the user stop the service it would register/send a location update 'Service stopped'.

Traccar Client doesn't support such functionality at the moment, so it would require code changes.
