Send failed

please help me (ios)
My app is working only once when install if i closed and restart the app location is not updating

Send failed means that either server is not accessible, or device is not registered on the server side.

but i register my device id very well also i tried by my own server and traccar.org server but getting same problem

one thing why it is working only once when install ?, when i close the app and again opening then getting sent failed.
