I am new to Traccar. After installing the server on Win10, tried to connect from my Android client (default port 5055). Failed.
After digging around, found out that it was the Windows firewall blocking the ports.
Solution:
Added a new rule to the 'Inbound rules' of the firewall by allowing the port 5055. Worked!!
